On-site nitrogen production

The system enables nitrogen production directly at the point of use, reducing or fully eliminating dependency on deliveries of liquid nitrogen or cylinders, while significantly improving production availability.

Membrane gas-separation technology

Membrane technology uses special polymer membranes that selectively separate oxygen and other gases from compressed air, while nitrogen-rich gas is delivered as product. The process is robust and suitable for continuous duty.

Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly

The system operates without chemicals or catalysts, remains compact, and offers energy-efficient performance. On-site nitrogen generation also reduces logistics costs and transport-related environmental impact.

Adjustable purity for industrial applications
