The in-house CompAir screw airend operates at low rotational speed, reducing energy consumption while ensuring high reliability throughout the compressor life cycle.

Fully integrated design

Integrated airend with oil separation, oil filter, and thermostatic bypass valve reduces external piping and components and increases operational reliability.

Combined air and oil cooler

Combined cooler with bypass enables fast warm-up, oil temperature control, lower component wear, and low compressed-air outlet temperature.

Energy-efficient IE3 motor

The integrated IE3 electric motor delivers high energy efficiency, reliable operation, and lower operating costs.

Automatic belt tensioning

Maintenance-free automatic belt tensioning ensures optimal tension, longer belt life, and fewer service interventions.

Reliable operation up to 45 °C

Advanced Delcos Pro controller
