Vane compressors use a rotor with sliding vanes that create variable-volume compression chambers. Thanks to a smooth compression process, they are especially suitable for industries that require stable and reliable compressed air supply.

Production halls, service workshops, and assembly lines often need steady compressed air supply for pneumatic tools, valves, and automation.
A vane compressor uses a rotor with sliding vanes that create compression chambers. As the rotor turns, chamber volume decreases and pressure rises progressively. Because compression is smooth and rotational speed is moderate, operation remains very stable.

Packaging lines use compressed air to drive grippers, cylinders, valves, and automated conveying systems.
Because vane compressors generate compressed air with very low pulsation, airflow stays stable. This enables precise pneumatic component performance and consistent synchronization of automated processes.

In food plants, compressed air is used for packaging transport, valve actuation, packing operations, and production automation.
In vane compressors, oil provides lubrication, sealing, and cooling of the compression chamber. This makes the technology stable and reliable even in long duty cycles.

Printing and textile processes need stable air pressure for valve actuation, material handling, and machine cleaning.
Vane compressors provide smooth compression because the volume of compression cells decreases gradually. The result is stable pressure without large fluctuations.
A vane compressor operates on the principle of rotary positive displacement compression. Sliding vanes inside the rotor create chambers with variable volume during rotation. Thanks to simple mechanics, operation is reliable, airflow is stable, and maintenance is predictable and cost-effective.
Air intake
Air enters the compression chamber where a rotor rotates inside a cylindrical stator. The rotor has slots with sliding vanes that extend by centrifugal force and form separate compression cells.
Compression
As the rotor turns, the volume of these cells gradually decreases, which increases pressure and produces compressed air.
Cooling and lubrication
Oil is injected under pressure into the compression chamber to lubricate vanes, seal the cells, and remove heat generated during compression.
Air discharge
Compressed air exits the compressor through the outlet path, where remaining oil traces are removed in the final separator.
