At the heart of the compressor is a high-quality airend developed and manufactured by Champion in-house. Precision CNC machining of the rotors and laser inspection ensure high reliability, optimal efficiency, and low operating costs throughout the compressor’s service life.
FM2–FM6 compressors are designed for quick and easy installation. The user-friendly design allows immediate operation without complex installation work, making them ideal for workshops, small industries, and decentralized compressed air systems.
With a minimal number of moving parts and a robust construction, FM2–FM6 compressors are suitable for continuous duty operation. The design ensures high reliability, long service life, and stable delivery of high-quality compressed air.
All models are equipped as standard with the electronic C-Pro 1.0+ controller, providing a clear overview of pressure, oil temperature, and compressor status. It supports Modbus RS485 communication, automatic restart after power failure, password protection, and maintenance alerts.
Different configurations are available – base-mounted units, receiver-mounted compressors, or complete air stations with integrated dryers. Additional options include filters, automatic condensate drains, and different receiver sizes.
Removable panels provide fast access to all service points, reducing maintenance time and service costs. The extremely compact design allows installation directly at the point of use, even in limited spaces.
