The heart of the compressor is an internally developed and manufactured CompAir screw element produced using CNC machining and laser-controlled manufacturing. This ensures exceptional reliability, consistent performance, and a long service life.
Large surface air and oil coolers are separately cooled using radial fans. This design provides optimal oil temperatures, lower discharge air temperatures, longer component life, and reduced downstream air treatment costs.
The two-stage separator ensures high compressed air quality with minimal pressure losses. The result is lower energy losses and reduced total system costs.
Compressors are equipped as standard with the Delcos XL touchscreen controller and iConn remote monitoring solution. The system enables condition monitoring, trend analysis, predictive maintenance, and increased availability.
RS versions automatically adapt to actual air demand without operating cycles. The wide control range enables energy savings of up to 35% compared to conventional fixed-speed compressors.
The design with a minimal number of pipes, high-quality couplings, and automatic motor lubrication ensures excellent reliability. The screw element can be covered for up to 10 years or 44,000 operating hours under the Assure program.
