The differential pressure sensor directly measures the pressure drop across filter elements, providing clear information about the actual condition of filters in compressed air systems.
Differential pressure monitoring allows filters to be replaced at the right time – neither too early nor too late. A filter element replacement is recommended when the differential pressure exceeds 350 mbar (except for activated carbon filters).
Increasing differential pressure results in higher energy consumption and increased operating costs. Continuous monitoring helps prevent unnecessary losses and optimize system performance.
The sensor achieves a total error of only 2% of full scale and provides reliable differential pressure measurements up to 1.6 bar.
The standard two-wire 4–20 mA output enables easy integration into monitoring systems, data loggers, and existing industrial automation solutions.
Designed for industrial use, the sensor operates in temperatures ranging from −20 to +80 °C and withstands system pressures up to 10 bar.
G 1/8" connections with push-in fittings for 6 mm tubing and an M12 × 1 electrical connector ensure quick and reliable installation in existing systems.
The chart provided in the brochure clearly illustrates the relationship between differential pressure, energy costs, and filter costs, making the sensor an essential tool for economical maintenance optimization.

Continuous monitoring of pressure drop across filters in compressed air systems enables timely replacement of filter elements, lower energy losses, and improved operational reliability.

Stable compressed air quality is essential in manufacturing facilities. Monitoring differential pressure across filters helps prevent pressure drops, downtime, and increased energy costs.

In applications with stringent air quality requirements, filter monitoring is essential. The differential pressure sensor provides traceability and reliable operation of filtration systems.

Increased differential pressure directly translates into higher energy consumption. Monitoring enables optimized operation and significant reductions in total cost of ownership (TCO).
