The new modular concept allows the adsorber to be arranged flexibly according to the available space. Variable filter modules and rotatable inlet/outlet connections allow easy adaptation without additional modifications or accessories.
The Ultrasorp Smart AKC can be installed in a vertical or a horizontal position, which makes it suitable for demanding space constraints and different piping layouts.
Activated carbon efficiently removes oil vapors and hydrocarbons from the compressed air system. The built-in oil indicator allows saturation to be checked during operation and the residual oil content to be monitored precisely.
The flow-optimized design of the adsorber and the new activated carbon cartridges provide high adsorption efficiency, a low pressure drop and resistance to pressure and flow fluctuations.
UltraPleat filter elements with a multi-layer structure and an increased filter surface provide highly efficient separation of liquid and solid particles. In the separation of oil aerosols they reach an efficiency of up to 99.9%.
All service parts are easily accessible, no special tools are required, and the activated carbon cartridges are replaced individually. This enables safe maintenance, shorter downtime and simpler spare parts management.
