The FO 510 provides exceptionally fast response to changes in oil moisture content, enabling reliable real-time monitoring and rapid detection of critical conditions.
The sensor measures water activity (aw) with high precision while simultaneously monitoring process temperature. Measurements are independent of oil type and age.
For transformer oils, direct calculation of absolute water content in ppm is available, providing a clear assessment of insulating oil condition.
Two freely configurable 4–20 mA analog outputs and a Modbus RTU (RS-485) digital interface ensure easy integration into monitoring and control systems.
Industrial-grade construction with IP66 protection enables operation at oil temperatures up to 125 °C and pressures up to 300 bar, even in harsh industrial environments.
Suitable for measuring residual moisture in transformer, hydraulic, lubricating and engine oils, as well as diesel fuels.
Fill in a short form and we will prepare a proposal for measurement equipment and implementation based on the medium, measuring range, and measurement objective.
