Operation with moist and process gases
Liquid ring technology enables reliable vacuum generation or gas compression even in the presence of moisture, condensate or process contaminants.
The systems use liquid ring technology, which ensures operation without metal contact between the moving parts. This provides high reliability, a long service life and minimal wear even under demanding process conditions.

Liquid ring technology enables reliable vacuum generation or gas compression even in the presence of moisture, condensate or process contaminants.
The robust design of the LRVS and CRVS vacuum systems ensures a long service life and stable operation even in demanding industrial processes.
The systems generate a vacuum down to approximately 33 mbar(a) and compress gases up to 2,000 mbar(g), which allows use in a wide range of process applications.
The CRVS version uses a particularly rigid base and a flexible coupling to the motor, which reduces vibration and ensures smooth operation of the system.
LRVS systems use a belt drive with pulleys, which allows the vacuum pump to run at the optimal speed to reach the required performance.
An integrated system for partial recovery of the service liquid, which reduces water consumption and improves the efficiency of the system.

LRVS / CRVS liquid ring vacuum pumps are ideal for demanding chemical processes that require reliable vacuum generation or compression of process gases, even in the presence of moisture or aggressive media.

Vacuum is used in packaging, drying, evaporation and gas transport processes in the food industry. The robust construction ensures reliable operation even in humid conditions.

LRVS / CRVS vacuum systems are used for distillation, drying, filtration and other processes in pharmaceutical production that require stable and reliable vacuum technology.

Liquid ring vacuum pumps are widely used in paper mills for dewatering processes, vacuum filtration and stable operation of production lines.

Vacuum applications in extrusion, material drying and the removal of gases from plastics. LRVS / CRVS provide a stable vacuum even with moist process gases.

Vacuum systems are used for gas treatment, wastewater treatment, biogas handling and other environmental processes that require robust and reliable technology.
Fill in a short form and we will prepare a proposal for a vacuum pump or blower based on flow, pressure, and operating conditions. If needed, we can also include filtration, silencers, and accessories.
