The L02–L06 series is designed for long-term and continuous operation. CompAir’s in-house manufactured screw block ensures high reliability and low operating costs throughout the compressor’s entire service life.
The heart of the compressor is the screw element, developed and manufactured in-house using CNC rotor grinding and laser measurement technology, ensuring optimal efficiency and consistent compressed air quality.
The user-friendly design enables quick installation and simple operation. The compressor is ready for immediate use, with a minimal number of moving parts and high mechanical robustness.
The compact and acoustically optimized design ensures low noise levels, allowing installation close to workplaces without additional sound insulation.
The small footprint (starting from just 62 × 60 cm) enables easy integration into existing spaces. Floor-mounted versions, receiver-mounted versions, and complete Airstation solutions are available.
Airstation versions include a highly efficient refrigerated dryer with a +3 °C dew point (ISO 7183, Class A) and environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant for improved air quality.
The standard C-Pro1.0+ controller enables monitoring of pressure, oil temperature, and compressor status. It supports Modbus RS485, automatic restart, password protection, as well as service and alarm logs.
L02–L06 compressors are available as standalone units, with air receivers, or as complete Airstation solutions including compressor, dryer, and receiver – tailored to specific application requirements.
