The capacitive sensor in the FL 510 ensures long-term stable and reliable relative humidity measurements without frequent recalibration.
In addition to relative humidity and process temperature, the transmitter calculates absolute humidity (g/m³), moisture content (g/kg), and humidity concentration (ppmV/V).
Two freely configurable 4–20 mA analog outputs and Modbus RTU (RS-485) communication allow easy integration into existing monitoring systems.
The sensor is suitable for applications with operating pressures up to 300 bar, enabling measurements in gas pipelines and pressurized systems.
Media-independent measurement allows use in inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and other non-corrosive process gases.
Its IP66-rated housing and wide temperature range ensure reliable operation in industrial facilities, laboratories, and electronics manufacturing under inert atmospheres.

Precise humidity measurement in gas pipelines and pressurized systems with non-corrosive gases, even at pressures up to 300 bar.

Reliable humidity monitoring in evaporation processes, gas storage applications, and quality control within chemical production.

Humidity monitoring in inert atmospheres (e.g., nitrogen, argon) used in electronics manufacturing and sensitive component production.

Humidity measurement and monitoring in laboratories with specialized gas requirements and a strong need for repeatable measurements.
