Clamps on like a pipe clamp
The VC 600 measures from the outside. The clamping system wraps around the pipe and the measuring unit is fastened to it with a screwdriver. The pipe stays closed and pressurised, and production keeps running.

Place the 316L stainless steel quick-release system on the existing pipe – anywhere on a straight run.

The two levers clamp the system to the pipe quickly and firmly. The pipe stays closed and pressurised.

Place the measuring unit in the clamping system – without touching the medium or interrupting operation.

Fasten the measuring unit with a screwdriver, enter the pipe diameter on the display and check the signal quality. The VC 600 is measuring.

The universal measuring unit fits all clamping systems from Ø 25 to Ø 90 mm. For another pipe you only change the clamping system.

The touchscreen guides you through three steps: enter the pipe dimensions, check the signal quality and set up the outputs. You can do all of it from your phone too.
Installation is possible at any time during operation: no work on pressurised pipes, no need to open the pipe – and therefore no pressure limitation.

Fit the clamping system, fasten the measuring unit – done. No pipework and no planned shutdown.
Non-invasive: no drilling, no welding, no risk of contamination. No need to re-certify the compressed air quality after installation.
No work on pressurised pipes and no need to open the pipe – so no pressure limitation. Installation is possible at any time during operation.
No seals and no direct contact with the process.
The measuring unit causes no differential pressure in the gas flow and creates no leaks.
0.08 … 20 or 25 m/s – far more than standard clamp-on sensors. Suitable for leak measurement and very high flow rates, with an extremely fast response.
Set up and read the sensor on the display or via Bluetooth with the free iOS and Android app – even at hard-to-reach points.
Built-in 50 MB data logger: consumption and leakage profile over the last two years (10-minute interval), export as CSV or PDF.

Reliable supply of high-purity gases and compressed air: measurement without accessing the pipework, without contamination risk and during operation.

Measure air and gas consumption non-invasively – without opening the pipe or interrupting production. The integrity of the pipework is preserved.

Measuring flow from the outside prevents contamination, reduces downtime and monitors consumption and leaks in manufacturing, filling and packaging.

Retrofit consumption metering on existing pipework without shutting the compressor station down – also for leak measurement.
Fill in a short form and we will prepare a proposal for measurement equipment and implementation based on the medium, measuring range, and measurement objective.
